Q1.What are some of the reasons a shipment might not get to me?
A1.Packages are sometimes return to GIFT CENTRAL with the notation "3 delivery attempts - no one home".  The carrier will usually leave a card advising that a package is being held.  Make sure to follow the carrier's instructions to retrieve the package.  Many people forget to check their P.O. Boxes and as a result, the carrier returns the package to GIFT CENTRAL.  If you are expecting a package and are not going to be home, call the carrier and make other arrangement. 

Q2.What if I move to another state?
A2.Whenever you move, just go to your member page at www.onlinegiftcentral.com to update your information.

Q3.What if my shipment appears to be lost?
A3.This is extremely rare.  However, if you haven't received your orders within the normal delivery time, email GIFT CENTRAL Customer Service Department at info@onlinegiftcentral.com.  We'll investigate.  If the lost shipment arrive soon after you contacted us, please notify us immediately so we can close our file.
