You must receive prior authorization to return an item to GIFT CENTRAL.  To obtain GIFT CENTRAL's authorization to return an item for credit or replacement, simply email Customer Service at info@onlinegiftcentral.com.

Non-Defective Merchandise Returns 

1. Must be return within 30 days of purchase.
2. Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by GIFT CENTRAL.  Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.
3. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
4. Clearance items are only returnable if they are defective.
5. Returns that do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned to the sender and the shipping cost of the return will be charge to the sender.
